Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between KleverCAD BV, a company registered in Belgium ("KleverCAD", "we", "us"), and any individual or organisation ("you", "user") who accesses or uses the website klevercad.com and its services.

2. Services

KleverCAD provides an online e-learning platform focused on AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault, and programming. The platform includes video courses, a community forum, a blog, and associated tools (collectively, "the Services"). Access to certain content requires a paid subscription as described in Section 4.

3. Account registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@klevercad.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Free plan — available to all registered users; includes limited access to the e-learning catalogue and full access to the community forum and blog.
• Standard plan — monthly subscription granting access to the full AutoCAD and Inventor course catalogue.
• Full Access plan — monthly subscription granting unlimited access to all courses across all tracks (AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault, and Programming).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of Belgian VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices on reasonable notice (at least 30 days).

5. Refund policy

Because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except where required by Belgian consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@klevercad.com and we will review your case.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Download, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any course content without our explicit written permission.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or spam content in the forum or blog.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our servers or infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest content or user data from the platform by automated means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course videos, materials, written content, and software on this platform are the exclusive property of KleverCAD BV or its licensors and are protected by Belgian and EU copyright law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning purposes only.

Content you post in the forum or blog remains yours; by posting it you grant KleverCAD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Course content is intended for educational use only and does not constitute professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, KleverCAD's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which KleverCAD BV is registered.

If you are a consumer resident in Belgium, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
